Hover your cursor over Contacts and click Connections. In the upper right hand corner you will see a Remove Connections link, click that, choose the person you wish to remove (click the box next to their name and click the Remove Connections button.

Prior to doing this, go to your LI inbox and click any messages you have from this person as spam or inappropriate. You may even want to forward a message to Customer Service.

Sorry you had to put up with this.

I only see Add connections. Is there a setting change required in order to display remove connections? Thank you.

Go to your homepage. Hover over "Network" -> "Contacts"

In the top right hand corner, you will see "Remove Connections"

Linkedin has to do a better job differentiating "Contacts" from "Connections."

From the Remove Contact page "Note: These connections will not be notified that they have been removed. They will be added to your list of contacts in case you want to reinvite them later."

Why there is no unlink button on the profile view of the person that enjoys you with emails?? would be very handy beside the 1st status...

Any idea if the person is notified that you have dropped the connection?
