Click Settings, Karen, in the menu under your name/picture, upper right, and update your email preferences.

    I have been trying to figure this out also Christine. I do have my email in the email preferences in "settings", but I do not get notifications to my regular email account (I use mobileme/icloud). This is very frustration as I do not use LinkedIn that often and find messages that are old that I am responding to late.

    Hm, Diana, it works for me on my laptop PC with Chrome.

    Did you go to Settings, Communications, Emails and Notifications?

      I am not getting email notifications when I get a linkedIn response. Thank heavens for mobile LinkedIn but I need the email notifications as well....

            While I did receive your message in my Yahoo! trash folder, I do not usually receive any notification for messages sent to me on LinkedIn. I have checked my LinkedIn settings, per the directions, above. Thanks!

              I have the same issue. I receive a notification on the icon showing a number for the messages but nothing in my personal email about the message. I used to receive them. Help?
