I don't see any of the tabs, pull downs, etc. mentioned on these msgs. Do I need to upgrade? Thanks!

On your Home Page look just below the 'Share Updates' box and you'll see a 'drop down box' entitled 'Your Updates'. Click on this, then on the Your Updates selection in that list - it will give you your Updates for the last month... that's all they're giving up, but its something, I guess. :)

It is very easy to see all your updates..but you can only see your one post at a time per page..hover your cursor to right side a bit below at your "Who's Viewed Your Updates< 1/10 >" column and click on post title to see it separately..

Maybe this will help: On the home page, in the top right corner of the main news feed panel in the middle of the page, there should be a pull down menu that says (by default): All Updates. If you pull that down and choose "Your Updates", it should show you just your activity. There's also a "Customize" option.

Still not possible to navigate to "My Updates" from the main navigation of LinkedIn? Do I have to keep the link referenced above in the bookmarks?

It wasn't my technical expertise, that's for sure. I searched in LinkedIn Help for an answer to this question and found an old thread with that link. I tried it and it worked; I've set it as a bookmark in my browser now. Glad I could resurrect it for all of us. I sure hope LI makes that function more prominent in the future. It can only help their efforts to become a significant publishing platform.

This is a shame! I want to see my timeline! Why should I post something on it, if it vanishes into nothingness?! Please fix this black-hole problem :)

You see beyond one month of activity? It is cut at around the one month mark for me when clicking the link (this is a fuller view than the others I had obtained and would be great to have in a LinkedIn page somewhere associated with my profile). Maybe this is considered a premium feature?
